Carmel needs to get in the market of rooftop bars because 3UP has it all figured out. High quality appetizers, endless drink options, and live music all outside! The vibes are immaculate. Wait staff is slow but thats only because its so jampacked!

Neat place in Carmel! Its nice to find something that feels new and unique. Being a rooftop open air place hits that spot. Service was good and nice people. Food was good. My only gripe at all was a limited bourbon list but if the crowd doesnt demand it I cant blame them.. Ill definitely be back.
